I found this from last March--Mom had told me. Nanci was in town visiting and Nanci, Mom and Jake went to Sacrament Meeting with the Rock's. Mom was sitting one person away from Cricket when the Sacrament was being passed. Mom says that when Cricket got the piece of bread she leaned over to Bev and asked why they never put peanut butter on the bread--or ever give them a chocolate chip cookie.
Nanci went on to tell us that Cricket was her usual self while she was visiting. The Rock's lost the keys to Alec's car for a couple of days and Bev finally found them on Cricket's bed. Bev asked Cricket if she was driving Alec's car and what was she doing. She calmly looked at her Mom and answered, "going on dates...going to the mall...meeting boys!"
Later when Cait told everyone that she did a black run while skiing, Cricket promptly announced, "Well, I skied a puhple!"
